Who we are

We provide inventory and employee hub software to licensed retail businesses. This policy covers store owners, managers, and employees using the app — not retail shoppers.

What we collect

• Business data — inventory counts, catalog, count history
• Employee data — name, PIN, optional phone for shift texts
• Uploads — checklist photos, distributor invoices
• AI prompts — questions sent to optional assistants
• Technical data — IP address in server logs, browser session

How we use data

To operate sync, hub tools, insights, optional AI and SMS, and to secure the platform (including AI rate limits).

AI features

Prompts and relevant store context may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI via our edge function. Usage is rate-limited; excess requests return 429 with a retry time. AI answers may be wrong — verify before acting.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information for advertising. We use subprocessors (Supabase, hosting, LLM, Twilio if enabled) to run the service.
